    A personalized nutrition program tailored to your goals and food preferences, including the total calories and nutrient breakdown for each meal. In any sport, the diet must be in absolute harmony with the discipline being practiced.

    It's essential to emphasize that dietary supplements should never replace a healthy diet. Most of these nutrients are found in our food. However, depending on our lifestyle, they may be produced or available in insufficient quantities.

    A detailed workout plan for the gym or at home (cardio + strength training). Each individual deserves personalized guidance to highlight their unique physical characteristics (height, weight, gender, limb length, muscle insertions, schedule, etc.). The goal of a personalized training plan is to consider all these specificities to maximize your physical results.

    To keep your motivation intact and boost your metabolism in certain cases, a "cheat meal" is allowed.

    I commit to responding to all your messages and questions on WhatsApp within 24 hours to ensure your training progresses smoothly.

    Weekly support and evaluation on WhatsApp to discuss results, answer questions, and provide solutions to any problems. The journey to a healthier, fitter you starts today. Prime Fit is designed to give you results in 30 days, but the lessons and habits you develop will last a lifetime.

 

Please Focus and answer carefully to get better results

The payment is non-refundable and cannot be paid in installments. The official start of your coaching is 24 hours after the programs are sent, unless the client communicates a different start date. The participant agrees to provide tracking files (measurements, weight, and photos for men) each week. The participant agrees to follow all instructions and assumes responsibility for any actions taken outside of the given instructions. The participant agrees not to share their programs with anyone else. The coach reserves the right to cancel the coaching subscription for any participant who violates these conditions or mistreats the other party. A food scale and measuring tape are required. The WhatsApp application is mandatory. Programs will be delivered within 24-72 business hours after payment.

You will receive daily support via WhatsApp, where I’ll respond to your questions and provide guidance within 24 hours. Weekly progress evaluations are also included to track your results

If you choose to work out from home, you should ideally have basic equipment such as a yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands, or a stationary bike. If you don’t have these, let me know, and we can adjust the workout accordingly.

Yes! Your meal plan is designed based on your goals, dietary preferences, and caloric needs. It will also include the total calories and nutrients for each meal to ensure optimal results.
